Your WorkPlace consultant would work with you to develop a brief for new premises to assist with your search for the right premises. He or she would visit prospective premises with you and analyse their suitability. Suitability would take into account all aspects of the premises including access, conformity to the brief, suitability for fit-out, location, landlord's flexibility, cost, condition of existing space and contractual requirements.
Your WorkPlace consultant can also review your existing premises and arrangements in order to make recommendations on what should be addressed in the new premises. He or she can advise on changing working practices such as hot-desking, desk-sharing, open-plan working and non-traditional work settings. These can significantly affect the building that you choose.
