The core of our business is move management. Many of the other services we offer such as storage audits and furniture consultancy often form part of the move management scope of work for a client.

A good project for us is one where we start to work with you early in the process and are involved in the planning of the whole project. We can come in at a later stage, and frequently do, but we would argue that we are much more likely to be able to save you money and help you to make the right decisions if we are involved from the beginning.

A typical move management scope of work for us involves:

  • Planning and co-ordination of pre move activities
  • Developing of a brief for the removal contractor
  • Leading of the selection process for the removal contractor
  • Storage audit
  • Furniture audit
  • Scheduling of the move(s)
  • Finalising the logistics of the move(s)
  • Working closely with departmental representatives, the project steering group and the client's IT team
  • Taking responsibility for communication on the project
  • Representing the client on the fit-out team
  • Supervision of the move(s)
  • Resolution of any post-move issues
