Furniture Installation Project Management
We provide a service for furniture suppliers and manufacturers where a WorkPlace furniture specialist takes on the role of project managing the installation of the furniture for their client. We typically do this as a continuation of the delivery and installation planning role.
We have worked for Dovetail, Backbone and Bene supplementing their in-house project management team when they needed extra resources. We have worked for Wilkhahn on occasional direct to client projects where there was no dealer involvement. We work regularly for Footprint Furniture Ltd. Providing delivery and installation planning and project management for all their clients.
Installation project management typically includes:
