WorkPlace were pleased to be asked to project manage a complex series of internal moves for the WWF-UK at their headquarters, Panda House, in Godalming. The project included the co-ordination and planning of significant fit-out works in an occupied “business as usual” building.
The project included a radical cultural shift to hotdesking for some staff. As a result WWF-UK have been able to close one building and accommodate all their local staff in Panda House thereby reducing occupancy costs.
The project was planned in minute detail and included prolonged consultation with all the stakeholders. As a charity WWF-UK were very concerned to keep the costs low and to involve and empower their staff in the changes.
